Six Questions for Great Teams, Great Organizations and Great Leaders
In this presentation, Joe will challenge and encourage us to ask and embrace six compelling questions. Springing from the deepest roots of great leadership, these questions form a simple, yet powerful framework for those of us eager to have a deeply successful and sustainable impact on our work, our teams, and our careers. Thoughtful, and practical -- be ready to leave with moments of leadership mastery you can put to work on Friday morning.
